10 tips to reduce stress and promote well-being:

       1. Smile:  Find joy, humor and gratitude in your daily life.

       2. Listen: Let sounds of nature or a favorite song lift your spirits.

       3. Stretch:  Reduce tension. Find flexibility and clarity.

       4. Organize: Plan ahead; avoid becoming overwhelmed.

       5. Create: Find an outlet to express yourself.

       6. Sweat: Walk, dance….move your body 30 minutes a day!

       7. Nourish: Eat a balanced diet of fresh, whole foods.

       8. Sip: Drink plenty of water, and try herbal tea instead of soda or coffee.

       9. Rest: Strive for 7-8 hours a night of undisturbed sleep.

      10. Breathe: Exhale – let go.  Inhale – take in the present moment.
